DATE : 17th February, 2025 Per Court :- The petitioner takes exception to the communication dated 20.01.2025 issued by the Deputy Director of Education refusing to grant approval to her appointment as Shikshan Sevak. 2.

In the light of the mechanism provided administratively to address the issue vide government resolution dated 27.03.2024, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail that option, the Writ Petition is disposed of. If any such appeal is preferred within two weeks, the authority shall not refuse to consider it on the ground of limitation prescribed under the government resolution.
