Present application has been filed for getting delay of 1412 days condoned in filing criminal appeal.

Present applicant is original accused in Sessions Case No.87 of 2017, who has been held guilty by learned Additional Sessions Judge-4, Parbhani on 22-01-2019 after holding him guilty for committing offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that the applicant was never on bail throughout trial. It

{2} CRI APPLN 542 OF 2023 appears that due to poor financial condition, applicant could not file appeal in time, which is a good ground. Under the said circumstance, for the reasons stated in paragraph no.5 of the application, the application stands allowed and disposed of. Delay stands condoned.
