Mr. Wagh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No. 1 had published proclamation for conversion of Shirdi Nagarpanchayat into Municipal Council. Objections were invited. The petitioner had filed an application/objection on 30th December, 2021. The objection of the petitioner is not considered at all and final proclamation is published. According to the learned counsel, the non consideration of the objection of the petitioner is vital defect and the proceedings stand vitiated.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioner had not filed legitimate objection. One objection was received on 3rd January 2022, the same was without signature as such was not considered.

It is undisputed that the objection which the petitioner alleges to have filed does not bear the signature of any person. The same is unsigned one. Assuming that the objection of the petitioner was filed within 30 days, still as it was unsigned objection, the same was not considered. We do not find any illegality in that. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
