Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant seeks extension in temporary bail for the reason that he has undergone the surgery and doctor advised him to take rest for six (6) months. The medical certificate is placed on record. Considering the nature of surgery, the Court is of the view that extension for three (3) months may be reasonable and sufficient. Hence, temporary bail is extended for further three (3) months from today. After three (3) months, the applicant shall surrender to the jail authority.
