Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail as he has shown willingness to deposit Rs.5,00,000/-. The applicant also expressed her willingness to deposit Rs.5,00,000/-. That apart, the investigation has been completed. In view the matter, the applicant deserves bail. Hence, the following order :- i) Application is allowed.

ii) Applicant Bhagyashree Sudhakar Bhosle be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.194 of 2022, registered with Police Station Udgir (City), District Latur, for the offence punishable under Sections 409 and 420

945-BA-254-23.odt read with Section 34 and Section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999, on the conditions that, (a) The applicant shall deposit Rs.5,00,000/- with this Court within two months from today and this condition would be a condition precedent of her release.

(b) The learned trial Court before issuing release warrant to confirm whether the applicant has deposited Rs.5,00,000/- as per directions of this Court. (c) Till she deposits money, she should not be released on bail.
