Heard learned counsel for the applicants, who are seeking seeking recalling of order dated 10/01/2023 in both these applications whereby registration of their frst appeals was refused for non-removal of offce objections. There is also 20 days delay for fling these applications. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the offce objections within two weeks. However, certain costs needs to be imposed for such negligent approach of the applicants.

In view of the same, the order dated 10/01/2023 in both these applications, stands recalled and the appeals be restored for removal of offce objections within two weeks subject to deposit of costs of Rs.500/- each to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad. 4.

Applications are disposed of accordingly.
