Heard learned Counsel for the applicants.

The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 27.04.2022 whereby registration of their Second Appeal was refused for nonremoval of office objections. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that, the office objection was only in respect of filing vakalatnama of the concerned officer of appellant No.1. He further submits that, he had already obtained the said vakalatnama, copy of which is annexed to the application. According to him, the said vakalatnama will be filed within one week.

In view of the same, the order dated 27.04.2022 stands recalled and the Second Appeal be restored for removal of office objections within one week subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- (rupees Five Hundreds only) to be paid to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad. 4.
