This application is for bringing heirs of Respondent No.2/Radhabai Anna Surwase on record. Applicants are praying for condonation of delay and setting aside abatment on the grounds stated in the application. Learned counsel for the respondents opposes the application.

Respondent No.2/Radhabai is the mother of Respondent No.1/Bhagirathibai. In case of bringing heirs of Respondent No.1/ Bhagirathibai on record, I have already passed order in Civil Application No.1066 of 202. I propose to adopt the same course and the reasons.
