Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter was listed for withdrawal. However, it came to be dismissed. Learned counsel submits that the matter may be restored, though for the purpose of withdrawal. The same is necessary since the petitioner is seeking liberty to approach the State Government.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed off accordingly. ( V. K. JADHAV, J. ) vre/-
