Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to that present petition has been moved against order dated 16th January, 2012, passed by the scheduled tribe certificate scrutiny committee, Nashik, cancelling and consfiscating the certificate of petitioner being not issued by the competent authority. He further refers to that petitioner has now secured tribe certificate from competent authority and, as such, he does not press for petition.

Learned counsel for petitioner further states that committee would proceed with validation proceeding of the caste / tribe claim by petitioner under said certificate. 3.

In view of aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.

Respondent no. 3 - scheduled tribe certificate scrutiny committee, Nandurbar may decide the tribe claim of petitioner, if any, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months.
