Mr. Shingare, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order of dismissal the petitioner has preferred an Appeal before the Divisional Commissioner and the same is pending since 20.06.2019.

In case, Appeal filed by the petitioner is pending, then the Divisional Commissioner shall endeavour to decide the same preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
