Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant at length. By the present application, the Applicant prays for condoning the delay of 16 days caused in filing the application and further prays for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.1060/2024, which has been dismissed in default as per order dated 04.12.2024. The delay of 16 days caused in filing the application is hereby condoned. Since the Applicant/Petitioner has carried out the necessary amendment in cause title of the petition, therefore, the order dated 04.12.2024 is hereby recalled. Criminal Writ Petition No.1060/2024 is hereby restored to its original file. The application is disposed of.
