Today, the learned counsel for the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 2 Dattatraya Bhanudas Pawar presented this application for allowing those legal heirs to be brought on record.

The learned A.G.P., representing the appellant/State, to take steps for bringing the legal heirs of deceased Dattatraya - respondent No. 2, whose names have been mentioned in paragraph No. 3 of the application, on record.
