Today, the learned counsel for the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 2 Dattatraya Bhanudas Pawar presented this application for allowing those legal heirs to be brought on record.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The learned A.G.P., representing the appellant/State, to take steps for bringing the legal heirs of deceased Dattatraya - respondent No. 2, whose names have been mentioned in paragraph No. 3 of the application, on record. Accordingly, the amendment be

cast3983-2017 carried out in Civil Application for condonation of delay and Civil Application for grant of stay, forthwith.
