We are not inclined to entertain this Criminal Application for the reason that the applicant-accused are seeking quashing of Crime of the year 2019, bearing Crime No.384/2019, registered with Shivajinagar Police Station, Nanded, for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 294, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The application suffers from delay and laches. Though the learned Counsel for the applicants has vehemently submitted before us that the Investigating Offcer has not submitted the charge sheet so far, for the reasons best known to him, however,

{2} crappln533.22.odt still there is inordinate delay in fling this Criminal Application, for which no explanation has been given. However, the applicants are at liberty to fle an application for discharge before the trial Court after fling of the charge sheet.

Criminal Application is hereby dismissed.
