The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record in the appeal being the legal representatives of sole appellant - Sahebrao Patilbuo Khakre, who admittedly died on 04/03/2012, by condoning the delay of 3901 days. 4.

The name of applicant No.1-A is already on record and considering the right to sue, permission to bring other applicants on record subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the period of 3901 days on the enhanced compensation, if granted.
