By the impugned order the Sub-Divisional Officer has in exercise of revisional jurisdiction under section 23(2) of the Mamlatdars Courts Act, 1906 has set aside the order passed by the Mamlatdar and has remitted the matter back to the Mamlatdar.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondent/ State.

I see no reason to interfere in the impugned order. The learned AGP states that the

2 wp 11600.2022 matter which is remitted to the Mamlatdar would be decided within a period of two (02) months from the date of the order being produced before the Mamlatdar.

In view of the same, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Mamlatdar to decide the remitted matter within a period of two

(02) months from the date of production of the order before the Mamlatdar.
