This petition can be disposed of by directing respondent no. 3 - Collector or any of his subordinate to decide the applications tendered by petitioners claiming rental compensation presented on 08-08-2008, 09-092009, 17-07-2010, 01-11-2011, 06-06-2012 and 10-12-2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today, in accordance with the provisions of law and after extending an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and, it is accordingly directed. On determination of amount of compensation, if petitioners are held entitled to receive the amount, respondent no. 5 is directed to disburse the amount in accordance with such determination, as expeditiously as possible,

Pending civil application, if any, does not survive and stands disposed of.
