Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned counsel of acquiring body and learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 2.

Perused the award. Ten times enhancement has been awarded by the reference Court than the rate offered by special land accusation officer. Considering this aspect, permission is granted to the applicant to withdraw the 50% amount of the compensation with proportionate interest thereon deposited by the acquiring body in the court, subject to filing of written undertaking within a period of 12 weeks from the date of passing of this order to redeposit of the habeeb 1/2

Permission is granted to applicant to withdraw 25% amount of the balance compensation amount subject to filing of solvent security for the said amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judl) within a period of 12 weeks from the date of passing of this order. The balance 25% amount together with proportionate interest shall be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank till final hearing of the Appeal. 3.
