The Petitioners had challenged an interlocutory order dated 19.11.2013 below Exhibit 309 in Special Civil Suit No.53/2003. The learned Advocate for the Respondents makes a statement that the said suit has already been decreed on 01.08.2018 and Regular Civil Appeal No.125/2018 has been filed on 12.09.2018 before the first Appellate Court.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is rendered infructuous and stands disposed of for the said reason. Needless to state, all contentions of the Petitioners are kept open to be considered by the first Appellate Court.
