The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, due to inadvertence, the name of the applicant has been mentioned in the application as 'Shivam @ Durgasing Ramsing Usare' instead of 'Shivam @ Durgasing Ramkisan Usare'. He seeks leave to correct the said error in the application. He further submits that the same mistake has been carried forward in the order dated 12/02/2025, and prays for correction of the applicant's name in the said order as well.

The request for correction in the order dated 12/02/2025 appears to be appropriate.

Leave, as sought, is granted. The applicant is permitted to carry out the necessary amendment in the application forthwith. 5.

Upon carrying out the amendment, the name of the applicant in the order dated 12/02/2025 shall stand corrected as 'Shivam @ Durgasing Ramkisan Usare'.
