ORAL ORDER :

Mr. Talhar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, there is no recovery certificate against the petitioners. However, charge is recorded on the property of the petitioners. The action of attachment is also set aside. However, the charge is not being removed from the revenue record in respect of the petitioners' property.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. also.

If the petitioners have any grievance with regard to the entries in the revenue record, the petitioners can approach the Committee constituted by the Divisional Commissioner, as per the relevant Circular.

The petitioners may approach the Committee. On receipt of the application by the Committee, the Committee shall take decision on the said application expeditiously after hearing all concerned, preferably within four months of the receipt of application.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
