The petitioner is challenging the auction notice of the secured assets. As the auction notice is challenged, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal and raise all possible defences available to him.

In light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
