1] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the event the respondent nos.3 to 6 contest the elections, the impugned order passed by the respondent no. 1 - Taluka Co-operative Election Authority should not come in the way of the petitioner in raising the objections. 2] It is hereby clarified that the observations made in the impugned order will not come in the way of the petitioner in raising objections as and when the respondent nos.3 to 6 contest the elections.
