Learned counsel for petitioner submits that they are members of Osmanabad Wholesale, retail hawkers licence holders association. Their grievance appears to be, under kerosene distribution scheme, there is no equality in distribution and allocation of quotas and as such their association had submitted representation with respondent no. 3 on 20-01-2017.

It is being referred to that despite notice, no response has been filed and and it would be expedient that respondent

WP-1938-17.doc no. 3 proceeds with decision on representation filed by association of the petitioners on 20-01-2017. 3.

We deem it appropriate to direct respondent no.3 to decide representation of the petitioners' association referred to above expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this order, if representation is not already decided.

Writ petition accordingly with aforesaid directions is disposed of.
