In case, the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioners (page 53 to

60) is pending with respondent no.2 then the respondent no.2 shall take decision on the said proposal on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
