This Court by order dated 16.12.2014 allowed the applicant no.3 to withdraw an amount of Rs.75,000/­ out of the amount falling to his share. Learned counsel submits that, at present amount of Rs.1,25,000/­ falling into share of applicant no.3 is kept in Fixed Deposit and the applicant no.3 may be permitted to withdraw the same as he had to bear the marriage expenses. Learned counsel submits that, the other applicants will not claim any withdrawal of the amount and the applicant no.3 alone may be permitted to withdraw the said amount falling to his share. 3.

Since the marriage of applicant no.3 was solemnized on 13.2.2016, the applicant no.3 is hereby permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.50,000/­ (Rs. Fifty Thousand
