Heard. The grievance of the Petitioner appears to be that though the Petitioner has completed more than 4 and 1/2 years sentence out of 7 years, the appropriate steps have not been taken by the appropriate Government to release her.

It appears that the Petitioner has directly addressed application to the Registry of this Court instead of filing the application to the appropriate Government.

The learned A.P.P. submits that the concerned department will decide the application in accordance with the merits, as expeditiously as possible, however, within THREE MONTHS from today. 4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
