The present praecipe is moved by learned counsel for the applicant for 'Speaking to Minutes' of order dated 07.03.2025. 3.

It is submitted that, while granting bail this court had imposed condition in clause II [d] is that, "The applicant shall attend the concerned police station twice in every week i.e. on every Thursday and Monday and maintain personal diary of his attendance till committal of case". It is respectfully submitted that, case has already been committed vide Sessions Case No.498 of 2024. Therefore, the said condition no. II [d] may be modified to that extent only.

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // BA.237.2024 (speaking) -24.

In view of above, in the order dated 07.03.2025 in operative part, condition No. II [d] is modified as under :- "[d] The applicant shall regularly attend each and every effective date before the trial court."
