Heard Shri Ruturaj Patil, learned counsel appearing for applicants. Though the respondentsoriginal claimants are duly served, none of them has entered appearance in the matter.

Delay for the period ranging between 940 to 959 has occurred in filing the present appeals. The reasons are explained in para 2 of the applications. On perusal of the contents of para 2 of the application, I am satisfied that the delay has been properly explained. I am, therefore,

ORDER

The delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. The applications for condonation of delay are allowed.

Appeals be registered in accordance with law. After registration of the appeals, list the same for further consideration on 6th October, 2018.
