A motion for the 'speaking to the minutes' is moved in respect of order dated 17 March 2025 passed in Bail Application No.247 of 2025.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that in paragraph No.1 of the order 17.03.2025, words "later point of time" are wrongly typed, which should have been typed as "before learned trial Court, after filing of charge-sheet" 3.

In the last line of paragraph No.1 of the order, words "before learned trial Court, after filing of charge-sheet" be substituted in the place of words "later point of time" 4.

Corrected copy be uploaded.
