We have perused the order passed by this Court dated 17th August, 2021 and the order dated 6th October, 2021 passed on the motion for speaking to the minutes of the order. 2.

It appears that the Municipal Corporation belatedly forwarded the proposal to the Government and notification could not be issued under Section 127(2) of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act, 1966 within six months granted by this Court.

Considering the above and the filing date of this

14-CA-3548-22 application on 04-02-2022, seeking extension of three months, this application is allowed. The time is extended till 15th June, 2022, for issuing the notification.
