The petitioner claims to be the widow of the freedom fighter who was getting Freedom Fighter's Pension since 31.3.2004 till his demise on 12th August, 2012.

She claims that in spite of her attempts she is not being paid the freedom fighters pension.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent - Collector, Ahmednagar to decide petitioner's representation/application dated 17.1.2023, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within twelve weeks.
