Learned advocate submits that, he would fle note of appearance as he has instructions to appear in the matter. 2.

Both these applications have been fled by the acquiring body for getting delay of 681 days condoned in fling frst appeal. 3.

Respondents - original claimants strongly objected the application on the ground that, the delay is huge and inordinate and has not been properly explained.

Taking into consideration the fact that, the applications have been fled by the acquiring body who intends to fle the appeal and the acquiring body needs to adopt the procedure, and therefore, whatever the reasons have been stated and taking liberal approach, the delay stands condoned. Applications stand allowed and disposed of accordingly.

Registry to verify and register frst appeals, and place it before the Court for fnal disposal on 14-11-2019.
