PER COURT :- The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the production warrant issued against him in another case has been cancelled. Similarly, he has been granted emergency parole under section 19(1)(C) of The Maharashtra Prisons (Mumbai Furlough & Parole) Rules, 1959. It is, therefore, submitted that this petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as being infructuous.

Since the learned Advocate was appointed by this Court to represent the petitioner-prisoner, we quantify his fees at Rs.2,000/- to be paid by the High Court Legal Services, Sub-committee, Aurangabad.
