The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is issued with the tribe certificate, but the same is not in the Central Government format. The petitioner require the same in the format of the Central Government. Application has been made. 2.

We have also heard the learned A. G. P. for respondent. 3.

The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate issued to him to the authority. On receipt of the original tribe certificate the authority shall verify the same and on being satisfied with the

2 924-wp 4018-2021.odt certificate issued by it's office, shall issue the tribe certificate to the petitioner in the Central Government format. The said decision shall be taken within a period of six (06) weeks from today. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
