The learned Advocate for the Respondent is reported to have passed away. It is also informed that the Respondent / erstwhile Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) is now trifurcated into the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company, the Maharashtra State Electricity Generation Company and the Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks time of five weeks to find as to which out of these three companies would now be the proper and answering Respondent in this matter so as to delete the MSEB and replace it by adding the appropriate Company. As such, the Petitioner is granted five weeks time to delete the

*2* 19wp2980o04 MSEB and add the appropriate Company as a Respondent. After this direction is complied with, issue notice to the newly added Respondent returnable on 20.07.2018.

If the above direction is not complied with within the prescribed time, this petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
