The petitioners, who are facing trial before a Magistrate at Shirpur, Dist. Dhule are seeking expeditious disposal of the trial, which is already part heard.

On instructions from the prosecutor from the trial court, learned APP submits that there are more than 2000 criminal matters pending in that court. Out of the seven witnesses, three witnesses have already been examined and trial could get over in the near future. 5.
