In similarly situated matter, the Court allowed the application partly. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) The applications are partly allowed.

(ii) The applicants are allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited with this Court.

(iii) 50% of the amount deposited with interest be released on undertaking to deposit the money if the judgment and award is reversed and remaining 25% be released on surety/security.
