DATED : 4th JULY, 2016 PER COURT :

The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Latur passed an order, dated 20.3.2006 under Section 133 of the Criminal Procedure Code thereby directing the petitioners to remove the cotton carding machine from the general public road.
2.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said order is under challenge in this petition. The said order was stayed.
3.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have voluntarily removed the machine from the said spot.
