The appellant no.2 has expired. The legal representatives have moved the present application for bringing their names on record in place of deceased appellant no.2. There is delay of 134 days in filing the application. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, which are not controverted by the respondent by filing reply, I am inclined to condone the delay. The delay is accordingly condoned and permission is granted to bring the legal representatives of deceased appellant no.2 on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.

Issue notice to the proposed legal representatives of deceased respondent, returnable on 26th March, 2025. 3.
