The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to pay the amount of compensation as per the judgment and award dated 2nd December, 2013 passed in LAR No.465/2010 by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nanded.

We have heard the the learned AGP.

The amount of compensation enhanced by the Reference Court does not appear to be paid. In case, there are no prohibitory orders from the appellate Court, then the respondents shall pay the amount of compensation as awarded by the Reference Court, expeditiously, preferably within nine months. 4.
