Present application has been filed for getting delay of 139 days condoned in filing First Appeal. The respondent is objecting to the application stating that the reasons have not been properly given. 2.

Taking into consideration the fact that the applicants are the original claimants and for the reasons stated in paragraph No.3, liberal approach is taken. Therefore, the delay is hereby condoned. 3.

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.

However, it is made clear that the applicants are not entitled to get interest of 139 days in the event of decision of the First Appeal in their favour.
