In all these matters, the Petitioners submit that their Revenue Recovery Certificates have been received and a direction to the Tahsildar, Sillod, needs to be issued for executing the same. It is stated on instructions that there are no securitisation proceedings pending in such matters.

The learned AGPs submit that if there is no legal impediment, the Revenue Recovery Certificates would be executed within six months.

In view of the above statement and in the absence of any legal impediment, the concerned Tahsildar may execute the Revenue Recovery Certificates by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of 180 days from today.

All these Writ Petitions are disposed off.
