The petitioners in all these petitions are before us awaiting appropriate steps being taken by respondent Nos.2 and 3, who are supposed to execute the revenue recovery certificate in their favour.

(7) We dispose of all these writ petitions by directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate steps for execution pursuant to the revenue recovery certificate in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four months.
