It appears that this writ petition pertains to the election of Sarpanch of village Panchayat Alegaon, Tq. Kandhar, District Nanded for the period of 2005-2010. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. The writ petition is hereby dismissed as infructuous. Rule discharged. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 3.

In view of dismissal of writ petition, nothing further survives for consideration in the civil application No. 1181 of 2009 and the same is also disposed of.
