Going by the reasoning given in the application, the lack of knowledge and pandemic interregnum has been demonstrated as a cause for the delay.

Considering the nature of the dispute coupled with the reasons given in the application, the application is allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/-. to be deposited in this court within a

2 CA / 4423 / 2021 period of three weeks from today. On such costs being deposited, delay shall stand condoned. The respondent shall be entitled to claim the costs.
