Mr. Chavan, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, during the pendency of writ petition, the suspension is cancelled and revoked. Now the grievance is about unpaid salary and the subsistence allowance. The proposal is already submitted to the Education Officer (Secondary) [page 26]. 2.

Considering the above, we pass the following order. 3.

The Education Officer (Secondary) shall take decision on the said proposal (page 26) expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (3) months from today. In case apart from said
