The petitioners claim to have been awarded with the certificates of excellent work since the year 2006 to 2011 and advance increments were also sanctioned but, subsequently the same was not given.

Shri. Quadri, the learned counsel for petitioners and Shri. Pulkundwar, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2, so also the learned Additional Government Pleader submit that the petitioners would be governed by the order dt. 20.03.2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 3238 of 2018 and connected writ petitions. In view of the above, we adopt the same course.

The benefit of certificates of excellent work given in the

2 wp 3141.20 year 2006 to 2010 could not have been withdrawn retrospectively on the basis of the subsequent Government Resolution. 5.

The petitioners shall be entitled for the advance increment on account of excellent work pursuant to the certificates given to them in the years 2006 to 2010.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
