By way of present petition, the petitioner challenges the Government Resolution dated 1st October, 2016 issued by the Women and Child Development Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai as well as Government Resolution dated 1st December, 2015. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that similar challenge was raised in the Writ Petition No. 11227 of 2016 and other connected matters and these petitions were decided on 2nd March, 2017. He further submits that the Division Bench of this Court could not find any favour with the petitioners and challenge raised to the Government Resolution fails. He placed on record the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.667 of 2017 on 27th April, 2017.

In view of these facts, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition

(3) does not survive. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
