At the outset, the learned Advocate for the applicant placed on record copy of death certificate of deceased Raghunath. The copy is taken on record.

This application is filed seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased Raghunath @ Raghuram Vithoba Bhosale and deceased Rushikesh Raghuram Bhosale. The legal representatives are shown in para 3 of the application, who are applicants in this application. Deceased Raghunath died on 10.04.2012 and deceased Rushikesh died on 07.04.2021. There is delay in filing the application. However, considering that the application is only for bringing legal representatives on record, the delay is condoned. The application is allowed.
